Brothers Visit 1 Carrot Drive

Today some of our lovely brothers took a trip over to Food Gatherers, a wonderful organization whose mission is "to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community by: reducing food waste through the rescue and distribution of perishable and non-perishable food, coordinating with other hunger relief providers, educating the public about hunger, and developing new food resources." We spent a couple of hours at Food Gatherers, first taking a tour of the facility, and then getting down to business and sorting gigantic bags of carrots to repackage into more manageable family sizes.
